This page describes the public ZiffyVolve website and initial inquiry process. Engagement-specific confidentiality, access, retention, and data-transfer requirements are established in the applicable engagement agreement.
Website and inquiry handling
The website is delivered over HTTPS. Inquiry information submitted through the contact form is processed through HubSpot so ZiffyVolve can respond and maintain related business records. Website hosting and analytics providers may process standard device, browser, referral, and usage information.
Sensitive information
Do not submit confidential deal materials, portfolio-company data, credentials, personal financial information, or regulated data through the public contact form. Initial inquiries should contain only enough context to arrange a discussion. Appropriate confidentiality and transfer arrangements can then be agreed before sensitive information is exchanged.
Official communications
Official ZiffyVolve email communications use the ZiffyVolve.com domain. ZiffyVolve is a management consulting firm and does not use this website or email to solicit investments, offer investment products, or request custody of client funds.
Report a concern
Report suspected impersonation, misuse of the ZiffyVolve name, or a website vulnerability to Security@ZiffyVolve.com. Include a concise description and a safe method for follow-up. Do not send exploit code or confidential third-party data without prior coordination.
